We meet at one park the 1st meetup each month so we can watch the park go through the seasonal changes. The 2nd & 3rd we meet at different parks and the 4th we meet at someone’s home to share our children’s artwork and get to know one another.
This morning we saw a lot of swallowtail butterflies on the thistles outside the nature center.
We got there early so we could eat a snack & it was our 1st time there.
We sat down for 5-10 minutes to draw in our nature journals.
Hope and Caleb caught a salamander and a frog, so that was fun.
1st meetup down, many to go. I’m looking forward to them!
